Trevor Brendlin

Trevor Brendlin is an Associate whose practice focuses on business litigation, with an emphasis on intellectual property, employment disputes, and contract matters. A recent law school graduate, Trevor brings a sharp legal mind, entrepreneurial perspective, and client-focused approach to resolving complex disputes involving businesses, contracts, and the workplace.

Trevor is actively involved in all stages of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and settlement negotiations. His experience spans intellectual property procurement, licensing, and enforcement, as well as a broad range of business disputes, including contract and partnership disputes, commercial lease disputes, business formation issues, and employment-related claims.

Trevor began as a Law Clerk at Jafari Law Group, where he applied his legal training in real-world settings and developed practical skills in litigation and client advocacy. His experience at JLG strongly prepared him to successfully pass the July 2025 California Bar Exam on the first attempt.

Prior to entering the legal profession, Trevor served as Director of Marketing and Client Services at Insight Sports Advisors, where he advised professional athletes, coaches, and media professionals on business strategy and contractual matters. In this role, Trevor led strategic marketing campaigns, activated endorsement deals, and negotiated talent employment agreements.

Trevor earned his Juris Doctor from Western State College of Law and is a three-time CALI award winner. He also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Entrepreneurship Management from Boise State University and a Master’s degree in Sports Law and Business from Arizona State University. Trevor sits on the Board of Directors for Wawona Property Management, Inc., a privately held company operating rental properties in Yosemite National Park.
